But for some reasons, he was convinced to study to the nearest and affordable school instead. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Elementary Education at Central Philippines State University Kabankalan Main Campus in 2013. During his college, he once said that college “life is not easy”, he had been experiencing many difficult times and struggles just to attain his goal in life. He became a Student Assistant at the University Clinic at the same time he does “manicure and pedicure” to cover-up his allowances and school requirements. After he graduated from college, he was recommended then by the University Nurse to be a clinic assistant. He took on the job, but he realized; that he is not properly aligned to his work. After 1 year, he was convinced quitting his job was the right thing to do. He decided to teach instead; he grabbed a teaching post at a local college, and he was once a college instructor at Carlos Hilado Memorial State College-Binalbagan Campus in 2014-2016 at later he was transferred to Carlos Hilado Memorial State College- Fortune Towne Campus in 2016-2017. In 2017, his heart still beating for CPSU, he made what he described as the biggest leap of Faith in his life to serve his Alma Matter. He applied for a job in the University where he was graduated from. In the same year he was hired and part of the faculty of the College of Teacher Education. Now on his 2nd year in CPSU, Rosmar said how grateful he is, because he had been part of the University. Over the same period of employment with CPSU, he have faith that many opportunities that came along his way as he go on his journey as College professor in his beloved Alma Matter. For him, if you have dream in life, you will do everything for your ambitions. Despite the difficulties you been through “kailangan marunong kang lumaban”.
